The need
Employer Branding Launch of a new internal procedure for harassment
The catalytica way
Οn the one hand, ethical and sexual harassment is a very serious and delicate matter to handle. On the other hand, a corporate procedure is impersonal and should be communicated in a way to be completely understood.
The negative feeling of someone being the victim of harassment, either it is you or you are the observer, can be understood by role-playing and not in written manifestos. Therefore, 2 videos were created with role-playing of experienced actors experiencing such situations in a working environment.
Highlight
The project was initially planned to be communicated to the internal corporate audience of Lidl employees, but finally became an asset that would reflect Lidl’s values and focus on their employees to the external audience.
Business outcome
New procedure was fully comprehended by employers.
