The need
The challenge was big! Thermoplastiki is the biggest manufacturer of window frames, but there are other big companies that manufacture just the extrusion of the frame that ”sell” themselves as window frame manufacturer. So there is a problem at the entire business.
The catalytica way
The biggest issue was to educate the audience about the truth of the industry and for Thermoplastiki to own what it does and it does it in a excellent way. We created an awareness video showing all Thermoplastiki’s sectors of business and then we created a series of educational videos where an employee describes the USP of the products and the company.
Highlight
The educational video series have positive comments and many customers recall them when they ask for quotations.
Business outcome
New business with new clients that have not been working with Thermoplastiki so far.
